the staff greeted me warmly each day i left and entered (a very nice touch!). valet parking attendants were helpful. the location was really good. the building and surrounding area felt safe and clean.
the bathroom door was a little difficult to open and close properly (a minor inconvenience).

the staff was always ready to help and very professional. the receptionists, however, made some inappropriate comments upon my arrival. this was concerning because i was sharing a room with a friend.
